The screw retainer varnish is suitable for visually checking all possible movements between connected adjusted parts, and thus documents quality assurance, manufacturing control and product testing with a lacquer seal and protects against intrusion by third parties. The screw retainer varnish is applied to stud bolts, pressure fittings, nuts and other threaded connections once they have been properly pre-stressed and adjusted.
The product can also be used for masking electrically conductive parts to protect against corrosion and influence by touch.
And for colour-coding tools. For mechanics who often work in other workshops or who work together with several colleagues in a workshop.
The application surface must be clean, dry and free from grease. Apply/drip the paint directly onto the area to be secured.
