Zinc-flake coatings are chrome (VI)-free corrosion protection coatings for commercial vehicle assembly, construction machinery, agricultural vehicles and equipment, and all other areas that have corrosion protection requirements at vehicle construction level.
Corrosion resistance for ZFSH is as follows:
- Diameter ≥ M6 - 480h*
- Diameter ≥ M10 - 720h*
* Guideline values: no base metal corrosion in parts without a screw thread in a salt spray test according to ISO9227 NSS
